Billing & Cancellation Policies

Billing Policy

Registrations prior to May 1: Upon registration, families will be charged a $25 non-refundable registration fee per week of camp. Your remaining balance will be automatically charged in two installments on May 1, 2025, and June 1, 2025.

Registrations on or after May 1: Upon registration, families will be charged 50% of the registration total. The remaining balance will be automatically charged on June 1, 2025.

Registrations on or after June 1: The full balance of the registration is due.

Families who are enrolled at Giddens School and receive financial aid must use their discount code when registering. Families who are newly applying for aid for 2025-26 should wait until their 2025-2026 financial aid award is set and they’ve received their discount code before registering. Departing families who are not re-enrolling in 25-26 but received financial aid in 24-25 can use their 24-25 financial aid discount.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your camp registration, you must send a request through your 6crickets account.

Through April 30: You may cancel your summer camp registration for a full refund, less a $25 per week registration fee. You will not be charged a fee if you opt to change your registration to another camp week if space permits.

From May 1 to May 31: You will be responsible for 50% of the summer camp registration cost for any canceled weeks.

After June 1: No refund for cancellations after June 1, but your payment can be applied to other weeks of camp if space permits.

Cancellations due to student illness: If a student cannot attend camp due to illness, a refund will not be provided.
