The gala features a silent auction of class projects, raffles, speakers, entertainment, and an opportunity to raise your paddle to support Giddens School ... and much more.

Yes! Parking is easy at Emerald City Trapeze. There are tons of free parking spaces on the street, and there is a small parking lot to the south of the studio. All other parking spots are paid parking. If you are coming via public transportation, there is a LINK station (SODO) right across the street along with several bus stops.
Mini Beef Hot Dogs topped with alderwood smoked bacon jam infused cream cheese, fried shallots, and candied jalapenos.
Hand-Crafted Vegan Corn Dogs served with bing cherry infused ketchup.
Southern Style Fried Chicken and Waffles with melted triple cream brie and alderwood smoked bacon.
Waffle fries topped with 24-hour smoke pulled pork and deconstructed slaw (gluten free)
House made Kettle Corn (Gluten Free and Vegan)
Cheese Display including: assorted cheeses, house cured meats, seasonal fresh and dried fruit, vanilla-chipotle spiced pecans, herb roasted olives, Pike Place Market grilled vegetables, tapendes, hand rolled dolmas, rustic rosemary cracker bread, artisan French baguettes.
Handcrafted jumbo soft pretzels served with a selection of dips including: melted European butter, dark beef infused queso, cognac infused honey mustard, fleur de sel.
Mac and Cheese Bar: choose from super creamy five cheese mac-n-cheese or gluten free and vegan mac-n-"cheese" with a topping buffet including: flameed wild mushrooms, alderwood smoked bacon, bay shrimp, housemade chorizo sausage, roasted Pike Place Market vegetables, truffle infused panko crusting, green onion slices, fried onions
