Registration & Fees

Extended Day programs operate on a flat rate fee. All pre-registrations must be received no later than Friday at 2:00 p.m. to guarantee a spot for the following week.  

 

 

 

 

We are still committed to retaining flexibility for families who have the unpredictable drop-in need, but encourage you to pre-register your child when you’re able to. Drop-in attendance (attendance that was not pre-registered) is subject to space availability. We hire and schedule our staff based primarily on pre-registration, so there is no guarantee that a drop-in spot will be available. 

 

The drop-in rate for AM Extended Day 7:30 am – 8:30 am is $10.00. For any drop-in time used between dismissal and 6:00 pm, the rate is $25.00.

 

When requesting a drop-in, please provide the following information through email or by calling the Extended Day Director, Christa, at 206 324-4847 ext. 34 by 6:00 p.m. the day prior. Please provide the following information: child’s first and last name, classroom teacher, date of requested drop-in, and contact number. Confirmation calls will be returned by 11:30 a.m. the following day. If you need last minute drop-in, please call the Extended Day director to make sure that we can legally accommodate your child that day.
