Extended Day Registration

You must login or register to view this form.

Use this form to pre-register your child for Extended Day for regular school days only. If you wish to register your child for Day Camps on days with no school, please go to the Day Camp Sign-Up Form.

You can use this form to register for multiple weeks at a time with the same schedule. To register for multiple weeks with different schedules, please submit separate forms. You must also submit separate forms for each child. You may submit the form as many times as you need.

Deadline for registering for next week’s Extended Day program is this Friday at 2 pm. If it is past this time and you want to see if there is available space in the Extended Day program on a drop-in basis, please e-mail us at ckriesel-roth@giddensschool.org
